You will guide customers through the online store.
You will ensure that customer data received is stored accurately and on time.

You have a high school diploma You are able to communicate effectively by telephone and email with customers on a daily basis.
You have a C2 level in French and B2 in English.
You are proactive and determined to respond quickly to actions.
You have a basic knowledge of SAP and Office tools.
You are able to work as part of a resultsoriented team.
You are ready to take on new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the companys digital transformation project.
You are able to collect interpret and use data effectively driving digital transformation.
