- Customer Service Assistant – fluente em alemão e inglês (M/F)- Santo Tirso Funções.
- Rececionar pedidos de clients e inserir em sistema; - Enviar solicitações de amostra e acompanhá-las; - Cancelar pedidos e solicitações de amostra; - Criar solicitações de devolução; - Colaborar com a área de atendimento ao cliente e outras tarefas necessárias.
Requisitos.
- Experiência em funções semelhantes (Preferencial); - Fluência em alemão e inglês (escrito e falado); - Responsabilidade, autonomia, dinamismo, alta disposição para lidar com pressão, boa comunicação e habilidades de trabalho em equipa.
Condições.
- Contrato de trabalho; - Possibilidade de integração no cliente.
