Missão a ser desempenhada em full-time (40H) e em regime presencial de 2ª a 6ª; Descrição da função.
- Dar suporte a cliente empresarial, por e-mail, contacto telefónico e outros meios privilegiados pelo nosso cliente; - Garantir tratamento e suporte técnico básico; - Garantir faturação e processos administrativos inerentes; - Garantir suporte às várias equipas de forma a garantir resposta de qualidade e em tempo útil ao cliente; - Garantir suporte em atividades internas da empresa; Competências para o desempenho da função.
- Conhecimento e proficiência em WHMCS; - Rápida capacidade de adaptação; - Resiliência; - Conhecimento de inglês falado e escrito (nível de proficiência desejado superior a 4); - Conhecimento e proficiência em Excel; - Organização; - Trabalho em equipa; - Flexibilidade; - Gosto por aprender; - Motivação por objetivos; O que esperamos de ti.
