In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Your responsibilities and impact as a Pharma Advisor will be.

Communication with Pharmacists and Health Care professionals Management of consumer requests relating to information and complaints Providing excellent solutions, and service Providing product advice in a professional, precise and timely manner Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role.
Proficiency in the German language, with a minimum of C1 level English language level of B2 Experience of at least 1 year working in a pharmacy in Germany, as either PTA (Pharmazeutisch - Kaufmännische/r Assistant/in = pharmaceutical commercial assistant) or PCA (Pharmazeutisch Technische/r Assistent/in = pharmaceutical technical assistant).
Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a keen focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated customer-centric approach, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Solid IT skills, including efficiently utilising reporting tools for customer interactions.

full-time (40h/week) Monday to Sunday, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule () Salary conditions (*) – 2 options.

€ gross/month (*) Compensation during the training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks).
50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes) For international candidates.
