Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and working in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.Stay updated on company policies, services, and product knowledge to provide the best assistance. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in German (written and verbal) and English (for internal communication)Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.To be entitled to this position, you need to be EU citizen or have a valid VISA to work in Portugal Offer: Shitft works (flexible)Great office location in Lisbon (Portugal)Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesRelocation package
