French (Native) English (B2) Schedule.
Fulltime 40 hours per week Shifts.
8 hours per day with a 1hour lunch break Days.
5 days per week Monday to Sunday Hours.

2 days off per week Salary Package.
Base Salary.
895 EUR per month for 14 months EUR per year Meal Allowance.

Experience in customer support (preferably inbound calls chat and emails) Tasks.
Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for viewers ensuring excellent customer service.
Assist viewers via phone chat and email addressing inquiries and providing support for software functionality account management and application queries.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
Deliver accurate and timely responses to viewer inquiries maintaining detailed records of interactions inquiries complaints and resolutions.
