Aqui, a tua capacidade de adaptação e resposta rápida será essencial! O que vais fazer? Responder a pedidos de clientes de forma rápida e eficiente; Processar e acompanhar encomendas, assegurando prazos e qualidade; Carregar e atualizar previsões de clientes no ERP; Dinamizar reuniões semanais de follow-up com clientes; Gerir alterações de encomendas e acompanhar reclamações; Coordenar transportes e garantir a correta partilha de documentação (guias, faturas, packing lists); Monitorizar o nível de serviço e propor melhorias para otimização de processos.
O que procuramos? Experiência de 3 a 4 anos em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente num ambiente dinâmico e exigente; Formação em Gestão, Engenharia, Comercial ou Logística; Inglês avançado (falado e escrito); Comunicação assertiva e forte capacidade de negociação; Espírito crítico, autonomia e foco na resolução de problemas; Experiência com ERP e ferramentas de gestão.
