What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will.
Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy Depending on the case, the request will be processed via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by the writing and sending of replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.
Do indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
Manage policy change requests, updating payment details Make claims and cancel requests Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
Have a high level of French (C2) and fluent in English (B2) Have previous customer experience is a plus Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
