Job description Involves liaising online and by telephone with external/internal clients within the financial area and completing any administrative service.
Job responsibilities Ship to collect Credit and collections; Invoicing; Other duties as assigned Profile.
Completed secondary school or university degree; Experience.
1-3 years in collections and customer care; Fluency in English (B2) and/or Spanish (B2), French (B2)/ German (B2)/ Italian (B2)/ Dutch (B2)/ Nordic (B2) Accuracy and attention to detail; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Numerical skills; Teamwork skills; Written and verbal communication skills.
Working hours.
Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm.
Offer.
Direct employment contract with the client company; Hybrid timetable.
3 days in the office and 2 from home (after training).
Basic salary + language alowance + meal allowance; Open-ended contract, health insurance, retirement fund, and other benefits; Opportunity to join an initial project with the prospect of professional development.
