We are looking for a full time Customer Communications Expert DE for our growing Customer Communications Team EU in Lisbon.
If you speak German on a native or fluent level and you are passionate about customer communication, then we look forward to your application.
Responsibilities.
* You are the main person of contact for our German speaking customers.
* You will be part of a global customer communication team.
* You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media and initiate outbound calls to engage our loyal customers.
* You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment in Lisbon.

* 22 annual leave days and +2 days for every year of tenure (up to a combined maximum of 30).

* You speak German at a native or fluent level.

* You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy.
* You have good writing skills.
* You are hands-on and have attention to detail.
* You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge
