CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/D)

Your Role You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, data changes, orders, tracking, delivery status updates, and providing product information.
You will manage complaints, product substitutions, invoicing, and return orders.
You will communicate with customers both inbound and outbound to support and/or lead the resolution of non-technical customer complaints in coordination with the commercial team.
What You Need to Succeed We are preferably looking for a professional with at least 2 years of experience in a customer care role and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Written and spoken fluency in Spanish is essential, English is preferred, and ideally, Portuguese and/or French.
Any other European language is an advantage.
We seek a professional with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Active listening, autonomy, flexibility, a positive attitude, quality orientation, and resilience are required.
