Customer Care Assistant (m/f) - Oeiras Reporting to the COO this professional will have the following responsibilities.
Answering Customer Service inquiries via incoming calls, emails and ticketing system; Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience.
Handle any other customer inquiry, complaint or request; Provide technical support across multiple internal platforms; Be able to understand when to escalate tickets to other departments; Guarantee that tickets are solved within the contracted SLAs Profile Degree or Masters Degree; 3+ years experience in a similar role High English level; Excellent written and verbal communication skills Methodic and Organized Self-motivated and self-directed; Smart risk taker Strict, Focused, Responsible, Initiative and Demanding; Accountable for delivering and results; If you believe you have the profile, don't hesitate and apply to ---@--- We are waiting for you!
