MediterrneoLisboa Portugal What You Will Do in This Role As a Customer Service Representative you will.
Deliver outstanding customer service via chat email and phone offering expert guidance and solutions.
Assist users in troubleshooting platform issues ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.
Educate users on the platforms features helping them maximize their websites potential.
Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Stay informed on new program features and updates to provide the most accurate support.
Collect and share user feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
What Were Looking for Were a perfect match if you.
Are proficient in German (written and spoken) and fluent in English (B2 level).
Have experience in customer service tech support or a similar role.
Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Are techsavvy and eager to learn new software and tools.
Have exceptional problemsolving skills and patience with users.

Experience with website builders or content management systems.
