Engage with clients through phone calls or chats assisting them with various inquiries about their insurance policies.
Process requests efficiently utilizing our client policy administration system and communicating via letters emails and other documentation.
Manage the indexing and archiving of documents using our document management tool.
Handle policy change requests and update payment details with accuracy and care.
Assist with claims and cancellations ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Team Were a perfect fit if you.
Are fluent in German (C2 and English (B2.
Have previous customer service experience (a plus!.
Excel in both written and verbal communication with a formal and diplomatic approach.
