What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative, you will.
* Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
* Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
* Attract potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.
* Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
* Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
* Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
