As a jewelry ambassador, you will.
- Provide professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat and emails - Answer and solve eCommerce client’s requests - Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.
., order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud order and returns) - Inform customers about new offers and products - Guarantee client’s satisfaction and high level of quality - Ensure and participate in the success of the department The Profile.

14 salaries per year x € gross per month + 100€ monthly gross relocation (only for the 1st working year) + 100€ gross upon training completion + 300€ gross after 6 months plus - Accommodation Allowances.
