Your responsabilities.
Work closely to other team members to discuss and do monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino); Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan and to main KPIs; Execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions; Execute communications to maintain players activity via editorial content; Analyze campaigns results (conversion, costs, uplift, etc) focusing on effectiveness improvements; Create and implement content in web, email, direct messages and other channels; Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan (content, designers, etc); Use multiple tools for executing the campaigns; Reports directly to local team leader.
Your Specialist skills and experience.
Native Brazilian + fluent in English; Advanced Excel; 1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field, including proven track record of campaign optimisation; Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically; ability to articulate ideas clearly; Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results; Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove; Online sports betting and gaming experience.
