- Preparar as refeições e empratamentos a pedido do cliente; - Controlar a qualidade dos alimentos; - Controlar e efetuar a limpeza do material necessário; - Zelar pela limpeza da área de trabalho; - Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança e normas HACCP.
Para que tudo isto se torne possivel.
