Job description.
Working in Operations, youll be at the heart of everything we do - helping our customers.
Talk to our customers over the phone or via email, resolving their queries and perhaps engaging with other suppliers too.
Taking full responsibility for all issues that you come across, youll be delivering end to end customer service.
Gone are the days of customers getting stuck in a never-ending loop of being transferred between departments, youll be fully trained in every aspect of the customer experience and be able to help with any problem.
Every day, youll be tasked with bringing about awesome solutions while keeping up with rapid fire change as we grow.

The working model will be hybrid.
During the first 2 months always in the office.
Especially the training month, which will be the first.
In the Work from the office regime - it will be 2 days in the office 3 days Work from home.

VB + 7,63 SA + allowance (Every 3 months) Office.
