This sensor should be able to detect when an item gets jammed by detecting when the laser path is broken.
Upon detection, the system should trigger a beeping alert.
The sensor must be compact enough to fit in a tight space.
Key Requirements.
- Compact laser sensor installation on conveyor - Beeping alert upon laser path interruption The beeping alert should be audible near the conveyor, and there is no need for any additional notifications such as visual alerts or messages.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Prior experience with electronics - Ability to install and configure alert systems The sensor should trigger the alert immediately upon detecting a jam.
