Cloud Operations (m/f) – Remote (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• First and second level support experience.
• Automation mindset in the daily task internal y on our service and on the contact with the customer • Basic infrastructure network knowledge (IPs, VPC or Vnet, Firewall, VPN, Direct Connects, ExpressRoute...) • Collaboration in a virtual a dynamic environment • Basic Knowledge of AWS or AZURE products and solutions • Shell scripting capabilities • Coding (preferably Python, but Angular, JavaScript, C# or others are also a plus) • Windows and Linux administration are also a plus • Fluency in English Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
