The Claims function is more than just a back-office role. It’s a valued business partner integral to our daily operations and long-term strategy. You’ll be at the heart of our Brussels team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of claims administration while maintaining the highest standards of service.
What You'll Do:
▶ Manage general administrative tasks like scanning, photocopying, and mailbox monitoring.
▶ Perform accurate and timely data entry and quality checks for claims information.
▶ Open and manage new accounts for claims processing in our system.
▶ Prepare and process payments for claims and invoices.
▶ Handle standard letters and emails, ensuring timely dispatch.
▶ Own the process for managing various bordereaux for our European MGA business.
▶ Support data cleansing and mass change processing projects.
▶ Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve queries within deadlines.
▶ Provide exceptional customer service to brokers and clients.
▶ Offer support to other teams during absences or peak workloads.
▶ Contribute to technical support and procedural best practices.
What You'll Bring:
▶ Fluent in Dutch and/or French (You must be a native speaker in either Dutch or French, with at least beginner or intermediate proficiency in the other language.)
▶ Strong customer focus, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and good IT proficiency.
▶ Mindset: Team player with a 'get it done' attitude and great interpersonal skills ☺
What you will receive:
☑ Base salary: 1214,29€ (x14 months)
☑ Meal Allowance: 10,50€ (meal card - tax free)
☑ Language Bonus (Dutch): 416€ (x12 months)
☑ Language Bonus (French): 83€ (x12 months)
☑ Health Insurance for the employee, spouse and child
☑ Life Insurance equal to 48 salary months
☑ Pension Fund: 5% of annual gross salary
☑ Gym allowance: 750,00€ (net)
☑ Annual Bonus: based on your annual gross salary base
