rior Estamos está em busca de agente de check-in e check-out para se juntar a nossa equipe em uma locadora de veículos.
O candidato ideal será responsável por garantir a experiência de nossos clientes desde a chegada até a devolução do veiculo, além de realizar a verificação e o apontamento de danos nas viaturas.
Responsabilidades.
- Realizar o check-in de veículos, recebendo os clientes e verificando a documentação necessária.
- Conduzir o processo de check-out, entregando os veículos aos clientes e explicando as condições de uso.
- Inspecionar os veículos antes da entrega e após a devolução, registrando danos ou irregularidades na plataforma.
- Manter a organização e a limpeza da área de atendimento e dos veículos.
- Fornecer informações sobre os serviços da locadora e responder a dúvidas dos clientes.
- Colaborar com a equipe para garantir um atendimento ao cliente de alta qualidade.
Requisitos.
- Ensino médio completo; formação superior é um diferencial.
- Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente ou em locadoras de veículos é uma vantagem.
- Familiaridade com plataformas de gestão de frota.
- Habilidade de comunicação clara e cordial.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e sob pressão.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos flexíveis, incluindo fins de semana.
