Une formation spécialisée et rémunérée dès le premier jour est fournie à tous les nouveaux collaborateurs qui sont également accompagnés jusqu’à leur autonomie afin de garantir les critères d’exigence qui font de Bouygues Telecom une référence de qualité du service client.
Vos missions seront.
Recevoir les appels entrants des clients Bouygues Telecom; Accueillir et conseiller les clients de Bouygues Telecom; Proposer des solutions personnalisées à chaque appel; Vivre la culture Bouygues Telecom et la partager au quotidien avec vos collègues.
Nous offrons les conditions suivantes.
Horaires rotatifs entre 7h et 19h; Jours travaillés entre le lundi et le samedi - dimanche jour de repos fixe; Un salaire de base à 950€ brut sur 14 mois; Bonus garanti les 3 premiers mois de 100€ brut ou plus suivants les objectifs atteints.

Un panier repas de 9,60€/jour (net, en carte repas); Un remboursement jusqu'à 40€ pour les transports en commun (il suffit de nous rapporter votre justificatif); Durée de contrat.
CDI dont 3 mois de période d'essai; Welcome Bonus de 150€ brut versé le 4ème mois; Assurances maladie et prévoyance gratuites dès le 4ème mois de contrat; Un smartphone offert après 1 an d’ancienneté et renouvelé après 3 ans; Possibilité d’avoir 4 jours de congé extra en plus des 22 jours (donc 26 jours); Possibilité annuelle d’évolution salariale suivant des critères clairs et objectifs; De nombreuses animations et une ambiance décontractée.
Pour pouvoir postuler, vous devez posséder une pièce d'identité européenne + NIF et NISS portugais, ou disposer d'un titre de résidence portugais en cours de validité.
