Align customer needs with organizational capabilities to maximize satisfaction and retention;
Choosing and developing the team leaders and team members;
Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by providing high-quality support fulfilling the agreed SLA's;
Act as the voice of the customer to drive improvements in products and services;
Maintain service levels for customer queries and issue resolution;
Manage the project initiation, including resource allocation and scope definition and the successful delivery and customer handover;
Manage the customer interaction post-delivery of services or product installation. and act to solve any customer issues.
