Receber as questões dos clientes e assegurar uma resposta atempada e eficaz; Providenciar apoio técnico e suporte aos clientes; Identificar problemas e escalar para o departamento adequado; Contacto com as segundas e terceiras linhas de apoio técnico; Interação com outros departamentos para assegurar a resolução de problemas dos clientes.
