What you'll need Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German; Good knowledge of English (B2 level) is required; Customer orientation, problem solving skills and teamwork; Good IT skills; Availability to work on shifts; Previous experience in Customer Service; Excellent communication skills, empathy and high focus on customer satisfaction; Prior knowledge in Cosmetics and Luxury sector; Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
