- Müşteri hizmetlerinde, tercihen canlı destek veya sohbet rolünde önceki deneyim.
- Çevrimiçi bahis platformları hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak bir artıdır ancak zorunlu değildir.

I'm looking for a live support professional for my betting website.
Your primary responsibility will be addressing customer inquiries in Turkish during business hours.
Key Responsibilities.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Fluent in Turkish; English fluency is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a live support or chat role.
- Knowledge of online betting platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
Please note, this role does not involve handling technical issues or billing questions.
Your primary focus will be customer inquiries.
