Main Responsibilities.
General Administrative Tasks.
Perform essential tasks including scanning, photocopying, documentation issuance, and inbox monitoring.
Data Entry and Quality Verification.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and quality verification of claims information, in accordance with standards.
Claims Management.
Open new accounts for each claim in our system to optimize processing efficiency.
Payment Processing.
Prepare payments for claims and provider invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Communication.
Print, process, and send standard letters and emails; interact with internal and external parties to resolve inquiries within processing deadlines.
Team Support.
Provide coverage for other teams during absences and peak demand periods.
Contribution to Best Practices.
Contribute to technical support and procedural best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For.
Fluent in French and Dutch (knowledge of English is considered an advantage for internal communication); Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; Experience in the insurance sector is considered an advantage.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs and under pressure; Ability to think outside the box and be open to new challenges; Flexibility to attend training events and/or supplier education; Flexible working hours.
Appropriate home working environment and conditions (private space to work 8 hours a day without noise); Fiber internet service (mandatory); What We Offer.
