To support this, we require a robust backend system that facilitates seamless operations for various user roles, including administrators, shop owners, checkers, and customers.
Scope of Work.
User Authentication and Role Management.
Implement secure user registration and login functionalities.
Develop role-based access controls for.
Administrators Shop Owners Checkers Customers Warranty Management System.
Create modules for warranty registration, tracking, and claims processing.
Enable shop owners to register phones and issue warranties.
Allow customers to manage warranties and file claims online.
Inspection and Grading Module.
Develop a system for checkers to assess phone conditions and assign grades (A, B, C).
Integrate with AI tools (e.
., PhoneCheck) for consistent and accurate inspections.
Automated Claim Processing.
Implement AI-driven review processes for efficient claim handling.
Establish workflows for automated approval or escalation to human review.
Data Security and Compliance.
Ensure advanced encryption and compliance with local data protection laws.
Implement secure data storage and transmission protocols.
Integration with Point of Sale (POS) Systems.
Develop APIs for seamless data flow between Mobikoo’s platform and shop owners’ POS systems.
