This app/website should be able to handle tasks such as team registration, match scheduling, bracket generation and league management.
Key Features.
- Bracket Generation.
The app needs to automatically create tournament brackets based on the number of teams and matches.
- Team Registration.
A simple and user-friendly interface for teams to register for the tournament.
- Match Scheduling.
The app should be able to schedule matches based on the tournament's progress.
- League Management.
The app should be capable of managing ongoing leagues with ease.
Additional Requirements.
The app/website should also have SMS capabilities to send updates, notifications, and alerts to participants and fans.

This is a very basic outline.

The people running our events and players playing are not very tech savvy.
The site must be simple and easy to use.
Digital pool has most of the features we like but can not be reskinned to our sport.
Kicker tool has all the events/tournament types we want but lacks the player data, embedding and interface is not great.
House of tournaments has everything we like but the user interface is way too complicated.
Challonge which we currently use is ok.
It lacks sms, player data and a points race.
What we need out of a tournament site.
All the tournament types in kicker tool, house of tournaments and a few from digital pool Brackets, embedding, and api like challonge.
Api is optional.
Player data like digital pool and house of tournaments.
Goals.
An easy to use tournament site with an online registration page for tournaments.
An easy to use elo and point system that can be set up by the provider of the site Sms of all players registered to the tournament provided Sms of all players registered to system admin Optional of osb video integration for events.
Online tournament Payment integration capable.
Must have a way to access database tables by admin.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proficiency in both mobile app and website development - Prior experience in developing tournament management software or apps - Familiarity with SMS integration in apps - Understanding of sports tournament structures and requirements - Can use programming of choice for project as long as Hostinger can host the project.
-App must be android and apple compliant.
Hosting.
For testing developer must host and allow access for testing.
Once testing is completed files will be uploaded to our hosting service.
