Requirements • Support application users / Answering to support requests • Resolving incidents following incident management lifecycle & Root cause Analysis at a functional level • Monitoring production environments • Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones • Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical) Technical Skills.
• Knowledge on IT concepts and infrastructure • Expertise in SQL /MySQL • Expertise in Unix/Linux • Cloud Knowledge & Ansible /Jenkins • Dynatrace (monitoring tools) Language Skills.
