Application support Seniority.
Mid (3-5 years) Type of position.
Hybrid model in Oporto.
Candidates must be in Portugal already! The amazing you, will have.
Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications running in production environments.
Monitor application performance and availability using Dynatrace, including alert tuning and anomaly detection.
Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement long-term corrective actions.
Support, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux-based systems, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications.
Maintain and improve scripts (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation of support tasks.
Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
