Gerir a operação e manutenção de aplicações de software existentes;
Gerir equipa;
Identificar e resolver problemas técnicos complexos;
Interagir com vários departamentos para entender as necessidades e objetivos;
Desenvolver e implementar novas estratégias de suporte e procedimentos;
Monitorização e cumprimento de SLAs;
Garantir a conformidade com os regulamentos e procedimentos de segurança da informação (RGPD, PSD2);
Coordenar a formação de utilizadores finais e fornecer suporte contínuo;
Preparar relatórios de gestão sobre o desempenho das aplicações.
