A ManpowerGroup, empresa líder em Recursos Humanos, encontra-se a recrutar um Customer Service Specialist (m/f) para prestigiado cliente na zona de Vila Real.
Funções.
Gestão das plataformas de redes sociais da empresa, nomeadamente resposta a mensagens publicas e privadas; Serviço de apoio ao cliente e atendimento telefónico vertente inbound; Esclarecimento a clientes (faturas, cortes, leituras, reclamações, pedidos de informação, conta corrente, entre outros) Up and Cross selling de produtos; Venda de tarifas na área de atuação e serviços adicionais; Resposta a exposições escritas.
Referência da oferta.
Formação na área de Gestão de redes sociais (mas polivalência para que seja possível fazer atendimento telefónico/escrito); Orientação para objetivos individuais e coletivos; Experiência anterior em gestão de redes sociais (fator preferencial); Sólidos conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador; Fluência verbal e objetividade; Capacidade de escuta ativa, comunicação e orientação para o cliente; Proatividade e dinamismo; Gestão de reclamações; Promoção de produtos e capacidade comercial; Horários.
09h - 18h 11h-20h 12h-21h folgas ao sábado e ao domingo (poderá acontecer que tenham de estar de permanência ao fim de semana segundo uma escala) Se reúne todos os requisitos, peço que nos Referência da oferta.
