Responsibilities.
- To manage a client portfolio composed of small and medium sized companies from the arabic speaking markets - Providing excellent customer service in an inbound customer contact environment via phone, email or chat - Providing Business to Business Support services with emphasis on online advertising sector, and social media - Maintaining high customer satisfaction experience Profile.
- Fluent in Arabic, French and in English; - Customer skills; - Previous experience in Customer care related projects.
