January 2 and January Location.
Lisbon, Portugal (onsite) Responsibilities in this role.
- Provide customer support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels (chat, email, and phone).
- Assist with post-sales support for Facebook and Instagram advertising products.
- Resolve technical issues, guide clients through tools and features, and report platform bugs.
- Offer white-glove service through outbound calls to ensure resolution.
- Identify trends and troubleshoot for multiple SMB clients.
Working Hours.
- 40 hours per week, rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday between and (extra payment is applicable to working between and , as well as working on Sundays and public holidays) - 8-hour workdays with an additional 1-hour lunch break.
Training Details.
- Duration.
15 working days (8 hours daily).
- Includes product, customer management, and on-the-job training.
- Paid training period with proportional compensation upon successful completion.
Compensation Package.
- Competitive monthly salary - Includes base salary, Christmas/holiday bonuses, and meal allowance (€7/day).
- Optional accommodation in a fully equipped company apartment (option reserved to the candidates residing at the distance exceeding 100 km away from Lisbon, or those moving from abroad) Benefits.

Requirements.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (B2 and higher).
Should be able to communicate and write at the indicated levels - Strong multitasking skills and familiarity with digital advertising.
