Key Responsibilities.
- Managing administrative tasks using Excel, Outlook, Office 365, and ServiceM8.
- Handling invoicing, sending work orders, and related tasks.
- Assisting with HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
Skills and Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, as this is the primary project management tool in use.
- Exceptional understanding and experience with Excel, Outlook, Office 365, and ServiceM8.
- Previous experience in HR and invoicing management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
While experience with specific HR software is not a requirement, any prior exposure would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage their time effectively and contribute positively to our team.
