Key Requirements.
- Proficient in 3D design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Strong portfolio of previous interior architectural visualizations, especially kitchens and bathrooms.
- Ability to create photorealistic and visually appealing designs.- Experience with accurate 3D visualizations based on supplied measurements, appliance models (3D CAD Files will be supplied), flooring, textures, colors, etc.- Flexibility to support multiple rounds of revision to achieve ideal results.
Initial phase of the project will focus on Kitchen and 1 bathroom designs only.
Upon successful completion, designers will get an opportunity to work in other areas (living room, other bathrooms, etc.).
What will be provided.
- Exact room dimensions - Sample rendering - Appliances and sample placement - Inspirational pictures - Sample colors and textures Project deliverables.
- 3D designs and photorealistic renderings or kitchen and bathroom created to supplied specifications.
