Key Responsibilities.
Address customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Dutch ensuring all communications are clear friendly and professional.
Assist customers with productrelated questions order processing returns and general inquiries about our beauty offerings.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently aiming for firstcontact resolution whenever possible.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions feedback and resolutions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and address common concerns.
Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide insightful support to customers.
Engage in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our product lineup.
Requirements.
Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.
B2 level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field ideally within the beauty sector.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
A passion for beauty products and a genuine desire to assist customers.
