WINDOWS-BASED ERPNEXT SETUP WITH HRMS & CUSTOMIZED POS

I want to share with you my process and where I need help.
I work on windows docker - I start with a docker compose file (attached) and I run the command to install ERPnext - when I run the hrms commands.
bench get-app hrms bench --site frontend install-app hrms bench migrate --skip-failing on frontend container and then on backend container, I get a dysfunctional site (the hrms part I need clear instructions on how to do it myself) - as for the POS, my problems are.
-Opening entry does not post journal although it asks for cash on hand for each cashier -no partial return for sold items -it does not read scale generated barcodes -also, on the closing entry when I change the counted amount and click save, it changes the amount to the expected amount the POS solution need to be on GitHub with clear instructions so I can install it on any given database Ideal Skills.
- Extensive experience with ERPNext development and customization.
- Strong understanding of HRMS applications and installing it on local windows docker - Proven track record in POS system integration.
- Proficient in local server setup and database management.
