What you'll do As a Web Product Implementation Specialist for Google Ads, you&#;ll communicate with advertisers, internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat, and video conference; Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers; Give guidance, support and train customers on how to use the products; Establish strong and clear communication skills with your customers and colleagues, displaying your enthusiasm and a desire to succeed; Deliver high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures.
What you'll need Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch; Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2); Good understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds; Basic knowledge of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS/CSS3; Having an experience with debugging tools (e.
