WEB DEVELOPMENT FOR UHC DAY LAUNCH

Details of work required This year’s International Universal Health Coverage (UHC) Day on 12 December focuses on domestic government investment and financial protection for health.
At Transform Health, we are using UHC Day as an opportunity to support action towards more effective, equitable and accountable digital health investment, as a catalyst to achieving UHC goals.
On UHC Day we will be launching a co-created, Digital Health Investment (DHI) Checklist – a set of high-level considerations to help guide digital health investments towards delivering health for all in the digital age.
Transform Health is seeking the services of an experienced web developer to design, develop, and integrate a web page to hold relevant information for the purposes of the launch and to be hosted on the Transform Health website (wordpress website).
Expected duration.
These services should be completed between ~2 December and 12 December Scope of Work Design and Development.
Design a visually appealing, user-friendly webpage that aligns with Transform Health’s brand identity.
Develop responsive design elements to ensure optimal functionality on various devices and screen sizes.
Incorporate multimedia elements (e.
., images, graphics, etc.) to enhance engagement with the checklist and creatively display the checklist on the webpage.
Functionality & Integration.
Embed a call-to-action (CTA) for users to endorse the checklist and integrate sign-up forms to collect user endorsements directly on the webpage.
Ensure seamless integration with Transform Health’s WordPress website and coordinate with the Transform Health team for hosting, access, and content updates.
Testing & Deployment.
Perform quality assurance testing across different browsers and devices.
Address any issues to ensure the webpage is ready for public access by the launch date.
Provide user support for Transform Health’s team as needed.
Deliverables Initial design concept (either through mockups or a staging site) for review and approval (Deadline.

25 November Deadline to submit proposal for consultancy.

9 December Qualifications and experience Proven experience in website design and development.
Extensive experience working with Wordpress websites.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant CMS platforms.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the project team.
