We offer individual lesson plans for every student that use a set catalogue of resources (.
df or web-link).
We currently have a Google Sheets solution in place that we would like to upgrade.
We would like a faster and more streamlined solution.
We can share the google sheets setup with you to make the job clearer - the principles will remain the same, we want something faster/easier to use with a student interface accessed via web interface (and not a google sheets).
We have.
- a list of students who do English or maths or maths and English - a Sheets with a list of individual resources (approx ) that the teacher needs to allocate to each student for each lesson (either as a planned task or a homework task) - the resources are sorted by age (eg., age 9, age 10 etc) and task (eg., comprehension, creative writing, factual writing etc) - a separate a student interface that each student accesses that shows just the resources for them to access for the lesson they are doing - the student enters their scores on each activity which is then recorded back to the student record/planning system - when the teacher goes to plan the next lesson, they can see the scores on all the past lesson tasks Our competitors use a Javascript based solution.
