WEB APP DEVELOPMENT (USER AND ADMIN DASHBOARDS) - EST

We are are looking for a skilled developer/programmer for our web app project.
Exact requirements will be provided to selected developer/programmer.
THIS IS 1ST PROJECT OF OUR PLANNED 5 PROJECTS.
SO YOUR PERFORMANCE ON THIS WEB APP PROJECT WILL AUTOMATICALLY GIVE YOU OUR UPCOMING PROJECT WORK.
We will provide you Velzon Admin Dashboard templates to build the web app as per project requirements.
***KEY DETAILS*** - The choice of platform or framework (React, [login to view URL], Laravel, etc.) is open for negotiations (would prefer JavaScript for speed) - Web app will use external API to perform the tasks and deliver the services - User registration, login, csv file upload, payment gateway integration, affiliate system, etc.
- Mobile responsive ***BASIC FUNCTIONALITY*** - User default dashboard will show all the information like campaigns, credits usage, graphical display, etc.
- Users will have to buy credits to perform tasks.
- Single credit performs a single task - Users will create campaigns, paste URLs or upload (excel, csv, text) files with URLs, track campaign and task progress, etc.
- Users will be able to pay and buy credits ***USER AREA*** - User registration/login - User dashboard (Important information displayed, graphs and charts to display data visually) - Credit System.
Users can buy credits which can be used within the web app.
- User Campaign Management (create, manage and edit campaigns) - User Billing and Payment option - User support ticket system - Affiliate system (unique link creation, link statistics, commission earned, request payment, etc.) ***ADMIN AREA*** - Admin dashboard (Important information displayed, graphs and charts to display data visually) - User management (approve, edit, ban, etc.),  - User role management (admin, manager, user),  - Credit Management (add/remove/assign credits, credit price settings, credits remaining/required, etc.) - Payment Area (dashboard with all transactions data, add/edit payment gateway settings, etc.) - API Integration.
Third party API integration for service implementation, API key usage statistics - Ability to add multiple API service keys - API System (api system which can be used by other users) - Affiliate system (list of affiliates, set commission, release payments) ***IDEAL SKILLS*** - Proficiency in designing and developing fast and robust web apps using frameworks - Javascript, React, Next JS, PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, jQuery - Strong OOP Skills - Strong communication skills to understand and execute on project requirements - Timely updates - Meet agreed deadlines - Please include examples of previous similar work or a portfolio showcasing your web app development skills.
***ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*** - As mentioned above, I am open to framework suggestions.
