This remote role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities.
Customer Support.
Handle the online chat feature on our website, manage inbound and outbound calls, and serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
Social Media Management.
Set up, manage, and maintain social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
Design and Editing.
Utilize Canva and other graphic design tools to create and edit visuals for marketing and communications.
Administrative Tasks.
Manage calendars, set appointments, and handle confirmations or rescheduling.
Oversee projects, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and support client management.
Work independently on tasks such as document creation and organization using G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organization and Reliability.
Stay organized, meet deadlines, and provide dependable support with minimal supervision.
Additional Expertise (Preferred but not required).
Experience with SuiteDash, advanced Excel (e.
., VBA, financial modeling), QuickBooks, Etsy, web design, and graphic design is a plus.
Requirements.
Language Skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficiency in additional languages (e.
., Spanish) is a plus.
Tech Skills.
Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms.
Reliable internet connection for seamless communication and online tasks.
Soft Skills.
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Availability.
Flexible working hours are available between 12PM GMT and 2AM GMT, though an initial set time will be required.
Compensation.
