What You Will Do Create graphic materials for online and offline advertising (Social, Display banners, brochures, catalogs, magazines and newspapers); Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints; Design layouts and interfaces for websites and landing pages, focusing on responsive design and mobile optimization; Implement A/B test to improve metrics KPIs (like CTR, CVR, and CPA); Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper design implementation; Produce and edit multimedia content, such as images and videos, for social media and online campaigns; Work with AI tools or live-action recordings to create innovative content.

What You Need Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or similar; Knowledge of UX/UI and responsive design principles.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required to collaborate with international teams.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or similar; Experience with video editing and multimedia tools is a plus; Results and data-driven mindset; Verbal communication and presentation skills; Ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional partners; Curious and Inquisitive mind; Open to receiving and providing candour feedback; Be willing to help people around you to grow; We value as a plus.
Knowledge of animation (e.
