Turkish speaking Order Support Specialist Salary.

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business support services in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.
The Role.
As a Turkish speaking Order Support Specialist you will deal with escalations from customer-facing colleagues.
You will handle complex issues relating to the fulfillment of online orders placed by customers who expect the very best consumer electronics devices.
You will be liaising with partners to ensure the customer is taken out of the loop for complex issues, achieving a swift and fast resolution.
Requirements Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Turkish and English Previous experience in a customer support or administration role Willingness to learn Ability to multi-task On offer Competitive salary of.
