What you can expect As a Trust & Safety (T&S) Lead, your main task will be to oversee, lead, manage and support the specialists team.

What you'll need Post-secondary education in language or cultural studies is a major asset (not mandatory); Fluency in French (C2); Fluency in English (C1); Prior experience in Trust & Safety (preferred); Team player with strong solving and conflict management skills; Above average reasoning and analytical skills.
