What you'll do Review and evaluate all the content reported in-game by Supercell players in compliance with Supercell Community Guidelines; As a Trust & Safety Specialist for Supercell, you&#;ll analyze and check data, in order to correctly measure each report severity; Collaborate with other teams when responding to sensitive issues; Think quantitatively and qualitatively and create reports to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation; Analyze new and potential features and propose initiatives to help reduce or remove abuse before it happens.
What you'll need Native or near native Italian speaker; Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills; Good written and verbal skills in English (preferably B2 level); Time management, as well as a strong analytical ability; Attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to take important decisions under pressure; As a Trust & Safety Specialist for Supercell, you&#;ll need strong passion for gaming and online safety; Problem solving skills;   Team spirit;   Effective learning skills.
